Meet Your Guide.

I’m Elena Wolfbrandt-Michels, and I’ve always been a radical. While my earlier career focused on women’s sexuality, I’ve always been fascinated by spirituality, religion, and how people come to God. Yoga attempted to rescue me from a trauma-filled life, many times, and I finally dove in and truly listened in 2013, when I had my first spiritual awakening (which was one of those, “do you choose Life, or Death?” kinda moments). I chose Life.

I dove into hatha yoga, reiki, shamanism, sacred sexuality, chakra healing, somatic experiencing practices, trauma resolution work, and probably every personal development practice known to the New Age western woman ;) I became a women’s coach in 2017, after taking the VITA training. Since then I’ve taken countless other training programs, with the most influential being Alchemical Alignment.

My life and work changed drastically when I became a mother. Sexual trauma healing and tantra took a backseat, and recently, my 15-year personal study of tarot readings, channeling, and astrology moved to the forefront of my work.

I move with Spirit, every day. The unseen world is my strongest support, and it is ever-evolving. I bow to the forces working with us and within us, and my work in the world is to share this kind of bone-deep nourishment with other women. We deserve our own practices, our own lives, to know ourselves and feel that we are truly, deeply cared for. 

I want nothing more for humans than to feel the epic support that is available for them, from the spirit world. When we can feel in our bones, that we are never, ever alone, it opens up a well of resource we never thought possible. My readings bring that truth through, and help you land it (slowly but surely) in your body.

I absolutely adore sitting with women in times of stuckness and transition, in those times where emotions need to be held and tended, when the past is seeping into the present, when life feels too big to handle alone. It is my great honor to be at a woman's side, offering compassion and support, while she reaches out a hand to the next whole, healthy version of herself.
